Adventures at Hailes Barn

Opening at Hailes Barn has been such an exciting journey! The children have been settling in beautifully, making new friends, and diving into all the little adventures our setting has to offer. Each day is full of new discoveries and joyful moments.

From morning walks through the countryside, spotting birds and wildflowers along the way, to watching the tractors rumble past the barn, the children are constantly exploring the world around them. The barn itself has become a magical place for imaginative play - a hideaway for storytelling, building, and letting imaginations run wild.

Baking cakes has been a firm favourite, with tiny hands carefully mixing, rolling, and decorating, before sharing their sweet creations with friends.

There have also been trips to the nearby train station to watch the steam trains chug past, filling everyone with excitement and wonder.

Every day is about more than just play, it’s about learning, growing, and building those first special friendships. We’ve loved seeing the children settle in, becoming confident, curious, and happy in their new environment.

Here at Hailes Barn, every day feels like a new story waiting to be told, full of laughter, little adventures, and magical moments. From the countryside walks to the busy barn play, from baking cakes to watching the steam trains whistle by, these are the memories that will stay with them forever.
